Roxby is a creative studio operated by Josh Roxby in Dublin, Ireland. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Roxby” mean that studio. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the sites.
All content on the sites, including photography, films, writing, code and brand marks, is owned by Roxby or licensed to us unless credited otherwise. You may view and share links to the pages for personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission. Requests go to info@roxby.xyz.
Prints, merchandise and other items purchased through the store are subject to the specific terms shown at checkout, including price, delivery and returns. The checkout terms take precedence where they differ from these general terms.
Limited edition prints are individually numbered and shipped with a certificate carrying a unique QR code. The certificate records the edition number and initial ownership. Signing in to collector.roxby.xyz to claim a piece transfers no additional copyright and grants no reproduction rights.
Collector accounts are personal. You must keep your credentials confidential and let us know at info@roxby.xyz if you suspect they have been used without your consent. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, attempt to break its security or circumvent claim mechanics.
The sites link to third-party services (for example a payment processor or social profile). Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. Following a link means you accept those terms with the third party, not with us.
We aim to keep the sites available but do not guarantee they will always be accessible, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features at any time. Where a paid feature is discontinued we will refund the unused portion of any fee already paid.
To the extent permitted by law, Roxby's total liability arising out of or in connection with the sites is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred euro, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Irish or EU law. Consumers retain all statutory rights.
We may amend these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of the page marks the last change. Continuing to use the sites after a change means you accept the amended terms. For material changes we will show a notice on the affected surface.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the sites, without prejudice to consumer rights under mandatory local law.
